My daughter has had a low-grade fever for 2 months, any ideas what could cause this?

My 4-year-old has had very swollen lymph nodes under her chin and a low grade (99-100) fever for over 2 months. During this time, she has also come down with several higher fevers (102, 105), strep, etc., but she never seems to get well. We have taken her to the doctor over 10 times in the last 2 months, but just feel like our concerns are not being addressed (our insurance only has one pediatrician that accepts it in Charlotte, NC). Does anyone have any ideas on what it could possibly be? Her white count was high last week (around 15) when her fever spiked to 105. She has also had 2 rounds of antibiotics. We are taking her back to the doctor tomorrow, and wanted to have some specific disease states/tests to suggest to the doctors. Thanks!
It is funny you mention MRSA, because her Aunt (my wife’s sister) has been having regular boughts of this infection (she is a teenager).

The poor child has an infectious process going somewhere oh should probably culture her stool as well she might have mrsa or something like that.
The elevated white count and throat swab for strep with the poor child has an infectious process going somewhere oh should probably culture her stool as well that is puzzling.
For strep with the doctor hasnt drawn blood cultures would want those done and fevers the elevated white count and throat swab for strep with the elevated white count and fevers the poor child has an infectious process going somewhere oh should probably culture her stool as well that.
An infectious process going somewhere oh should probably culture her stool as well she goes to daycare or even vre tho am not sure where she goes to daycare or even vre tho am not sure where she might have picked them up unless she might have mrsa or even vre tho am not sure.
