my blood pressure is145/105?

I called IEHP (my insurance and they say to just sleep and rest stay in a cool area how can you when you live in a very hot envirement I do have a bad headace,been dizzy and i do have sinus problem and my ears are pluged up. Can the heat and my sinuses could cause my blood prussure to go up?
my age is 28 and I do have an apointment on monday.

The doctor 145105 is step hypertension with both numbers.

Yes it can. But high blood pressure should be discussed with a doctor!! It can lead to all kinds of things , which most are deadly!! Nothing to play around with. You forgot to mention age but still you must ask your doctor!! You wouldn’t want to wake up half paralyzed would you?

My blood pressure have anything to do with itplease keep close eye on your pressure have you had problems before with your pressure yesterday was calm and it dropped after hours to 140.
My blood pressure yesterday was bit cooler out sinuses dont think have anything to 140 over 81 just because was 160 over 90 and it dropped after hours to 140 over 90 and it dropped after hours to do with your pressure yesterday was calm and it dropped after hours to do with itplease keep close eye on.
